The return process itself was fine, but the refund took way longer than I expected. It was frustrating waiting that long to get my money back

I was looking at a new washing machine on Currys, but the price just didn’t feel worth it. I found the same model cheaper on another site, even after adding delivery, so the “deal” didn’t really seem like a deal to me. There were also a bunch of extras being pushed at checkout, and I expected clearer instructions about what was actually needed and what was optional. In the end, it didn’t feel like great value, so I bought it somewhere else

Placing the order was easy enough and I didn’t have any issues with the checkout. This is where it got annoying though, the delivery updates were late, so I was left wondering when my order was actually going to show up. It did arrive in the end, but the communication could’ve been better.

I was hoping this would hold up a little better, but it broke way too quickly for me. Based on my experience, it feels cheaply made and not something I’d count on lasting long

I’ve always had the impression their support is solid, and this kind of confirmed it for me. I did end up waiting on chat longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying, but once I got through, the guy was helpful and sorted out my order issue without much hassle. Overall, I’d use them again.

I paid for next day delivery thinking it would be straightforward, but the parcel just never showed up. The tracking barely updated, and when I contacted customer service, they just kept telling me to wait another day. It should’ve been a simple delivery, but somehow it became a whole headache and wasted my day off work.

I went into Currys looking to buy a washing machine and came out wondering why I’d bothered.

The staff were mostly standing around chatting, and it took ages before anyone came over. When someone finally did help, they didn’t seem that clued up on the machines and kept trying to steer me toward add-ons and extras I hadn’t asked for.

In the end I left without buying anything. It just gave me the impression they were more interested in squeezing extra money out of me than actually helping me choose the right product. Definitely won’t be going back to that store.

This thing works when it wants to, which is frustrating enough, but trying to get it fixed under warranty has been a total waste of time. I’ve been waiting for weeks and can’t get anyone to actually help. At this point, the warranty feels like it means absolutely nothing.
